We are excited to provide auto detailing services to you and greatly appreciate your trust in our expertise. Please take a moment to review the terms of this contract before signing.

We, Phenomenal Auto Care, agree to perform auto detailing services as per the package chosen by you, as outlined in our proposal/quote. Our services include, but are not limited to:

100% GUARANTEE:
While we strive for excellence in our work, achieving a 100% guarantee on stain and blemish removal is not always possible. Factors such as the age, condition, and nature of the stains, scratches, or swirls can influence the results. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve the best possible outcome.
ADHESIVE FAILURE:
We are not responsible for any failure of adhesives, decals, or other materials already affixed to your vehicle prior to our services. We will take reasonable precautions, but any pre-existing issues may lead to unforeseen outcomes.
HEADLINER DAMAGES:
Though we exercise caution when working on your vehicle's interior, damage to the headliner may occasionally occur due to its delicate nature. We will not be held responsible for any damage that might occur during our detailing process.
ENGINE BAY CLEANING SERVICES:
We provide engine bay cleaning services, including regular pressure washing or steam cleaning. While we take every precaution and use our expertise to minimize risks, it is important to acknowledge that working around sensitive engine components with water carries a minimal risk of potential damage. We assure you that we exercise caution and employ appropriate techniques to mitigate any such risks. However, we cannot guarantee absolute safety due to the nature of the process. By signing this contract, you understand and accept the slight inherent risk associated with engine bay cleaning services and release Phenomenal Auto Care from any liability for damages that may occur during or as a result of these services.
PAINT CORRECTION DISCLAIMER:
Phenomenal Auto Care offers paint correction services to enhance your vehicle’s appearance. We employ a paint gauge to measure paint thickness and ensure safe correction. However, there is a limit to the depth of correction we can perform to avoid damaging the clear coat. While clients can request exceeding this limit in specific areas, we cannot be held liable for any resulting damage. Please understand that exceeding this limit may lead to burning through the clear coat, leaving some imperfections unable to be safely removed. 1-stage paint correction typically removes around 65-75% of imperfections from the paint surface. 2-stage paint correction typically removes about 75-85% of imperfections. 3-stage paint correction can remove approximately 85-95% of imperfections.
While we strive for optimal results, achieving a completely flawless finish may not always be possible due to factors such as the age, severity, and type of imperfections present in the paint. Additionally, certain imperfections, such as deep scratches or chips, may not be fully corrected.
STAIN REMOVAL DISCLAIMER:
We offer shampooing and steam extraction detail packages to address stains on your vehicle's interior. However, please be aware that not all stains may be completely removable. Stains caused by substances like dog saliva, sunscreen, or sweat with chlorine from pools can be challenging to eliminate, and their removal is not guaranteed. Factors such as the age, condition, and nature of the stains can influence the results. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve the best possible outcome.
RESIDUAL PARTICLES DISCLAIMER:
Please be aware that even after thorough vacuuming, minor particles, fuzz, and hair may still be present in your vehicle's interior. These small and hard-to-reach items can be challenging or impossible to completely remove, and their presence may persist despite our best efforts.
GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER:
By signing this contract, you acknowledge and agree that Phenomenal Auto Care and its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries to your vehicle or any personal items left in your vehicle during the detailing process. This includes, but is not limited to:
Mechanical or electrical issues arising from the detailing process
Damage to aftermarket modifications or accessories
Any pre-existing conditions or wear and tear exacerbated by the detailing process
Minor scratches, dings, or dents that may occur despite our best efforts
Damage to sensitive electronic systems or sensors
Damage resulting from the application or removal of protective films, coatings, or wraps
Issues related to the functionality of automatic windows, locks, or sunroofs
Water intrusion during washing, steam cleaning, or interior shampooing
Damages from the use of cleaning chemicals or materials, including but not limited to discoloration or fading
Malfunctions of mechanical parts or systems due to temperature or pressure changes during cleaning
Unintended damage to custom or non-standard paint jobs, wraps, or vinyl graphics
Issues arising from the detailing of convertible tops, including leaks or fabric damage
Removal or fading of previously applied treatments or coatings
Damage to vehicle trim, moldings, or rubber seals
Paint chipping, cracking, or peeling as a result of detailing processes, especially in areas with prior damage or weak adhesion
Any unforeseen damages resulting from standard detailing procedures
BILLING TERMS:
Billing Cycle:
All billing occurs on the 15th of each month.
This contract is a year-long agreement and renews automatically unless canceled.
This is a "use it or lose it" plan, meaning services do not roll over to the next billing cycle if unused.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your plan before the contract ends, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 35% of the remaining contract balance.
If we are unable to schedule based on your preferred dates, no exceptions or refunds will be made.
Failed Payments:
If a chargeback or card decline occurs, a one-time inconvenience fee of $45 will be added to your bill.
If payment fails more than three times, your account may be sent to collections.
Upgrading or Changing Packages:
Should you wish to upgrade or change your detailing package, additional services will be billed separately and agreed upon at the time of the upgrade.
By signing this contract, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phenomenal Auto Care and its employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the detailing services provided.
