This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise process information obtained from users (“you” or “your”) in connection with your access to and use of our website, Mobile Detail AI, services, software platforms, communication systems, and any related interactions, including but not limited to SMS messaging, email communications, phone calls, and third-party integrations.
We may collect information including your name, phone number, email address, billing address, service address, vehicle details, payment information (processed through secure third-party providers), technical data such as IP address and browser type, and communication data including messages and inquiries.
Your information is used to provide and improve our services, including AI-powered features such as Mobile Detail AI, manage bookings and accounts, process transactions, communicate with you, send service updates and promotional messages where permitted, analyze usage, and comply with legal obligations.
By providing your phone number and engaging with our services, including Mobile Detail AI, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages, phone calls, and emails from the Company, including through automated technology and third-party providers such as Twilio. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups, promotional content, and communications related to Mobile Detail AI.
The form used to collect phone numbers includes a required checkbox that states:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mobile Detail AI regarding our CRM platform and detailing marketplace. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”
This checkbox is not pre-checked, and users must actively select it before submitting the form. No SMS messages are sent without explicit user consent.
In some cases, users may also provide consent verbally during a phone call initiated by the user or after the user has requested more information. During such calls, the user is read the following disclosure:

Verbal consent is recorded and logged, including timestamp, phone number, and confirmation of consent. No messages are sent without documented proof of consent.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. After opting out, users may receive a final confirmation message.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers, including CRM systems, payment processors, messaging platforms such as Twilio, analytics providers, and AI service components supporting Mobile Detail AI, solely for business operations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and operations.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information; however, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, including systems associated with Mobile Detail AI.
